The Vintage Experience

Our signature celebration package.
Four hours gives your event a true centerpiece — time for guests to gather, photos to happen naturally, and the bus to become part of the party instead of a quick photo stop. A beautiful fit for birthdays, showers, anniversaries, tailgates, holiday gatherings, corporate celebrations, and family events.

The Wedding Experience

Six hours of romance and nostalgia — for ceremony and reception styling, portraits with your favorite people, and the kind of timeless photos that only a vintage bus can give you. Ruby is a beloved choice for weddings, and Nancy brings sunshine to outdoor and fall celebrations.

Additional rental hours are available at $150 per hour, added to any experience. Just mention it in your inquiry and we'll build it into your personalized quote.
Travel, Explained Clearly
All rentals dispatch from Alcoa, TN. The first 10 one-way road miles are included with your rental. Beyond 10 miles, travel is $6 per additional one-way mile, and a $50 minimum travel fee applies when additional travel charges apply. Longer-distance and difficult-access locations receive a custom quote — send us your location and we'll price it personally and accurately.

Businesses, brands, farms, and boutiques book Brooks & Co. at our regular package rates above, plus travel for your location. Photographers: book a bus for your mini session day and offer your clients a styled, ready-made set they'll love. Wedding venues: we're always glad to connect — your couples book their Wedding Experience directly with us.
Photographer Content Credit: Planning a mini session day or styled shoot? Opt in to our Photographer Content Credit — share 5 edited photos with us within 30 days of your session, licensed for use on the Brooks & Co. website and organic social media, and we'll issue you a $25 partial refund once your photos are approved.
Check Your Date
Availability is based on your event date, location, and bus selection, and is confirmed personally — never automatically. A 30% retainer reserves your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. Submit a booking inquiry for accurate availability and your personalized quote.
