How much does it cost to rent a bus?

The Content Session is $300 for 2 hours, The Vintage Experience is $650 for 4 hours, and The Wedding Experience is $950 for 6 hours. Additional hours are $150/hour. Travel may apply depending on your location (see below), and your personalized quote will show everything clearly before you reserve.

How do I know if my date is available?

Submit a booking inquiry with your event date, location, preferred bus, and desired package. Availability is based on all four, so we check the booking calendar personally for every inquiry and reply with accurate availability — we never guarantee a date before checking.

How does reserving my date work?

Once you accept your personalized quote, a 30% retainer reserves your bus and your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

How is travel calculated?

All rentals dispatch from Alcoa, TN. Your first 10 one-way road miles are included. Beyond 10 miles, travel is $6 per additional one-way mile, with a $50 minimum travel fee when additional travel charges apply. Longer-distance and difficult-access locations receive a custom quote.

Which areas do you serve?

We're based in Alcoa and regularly serve Knoxville, Maryville, Lenoir City, and communities across East Tennessee. Planning something in the Smokies or further out? Ask us — longer distances are quoted personally.

Can I choose between Nancy and Ruby?

Absolutely — choose Nancy (orange), Ruby (red), or "No preference" in your inquiry. If your first choice is booked for your date, we'll tell you honestly and share your other options.

I'm a business, brand, or photographer. Can I book the buses?

Yes — businesses book at our regular package rates plus travel. The Content Session ($300 / 2 hours) is a wonderful first booking for content and advertising photos. Photographers often book a bus for a full mini session day, and wedding venues are welcome to connect so their couples can book the Wedding Experience directly.

What happens after I send my inquiry?

We check the calendar, then reply personally with your availability and a quote that includes your package and travel. If you'd like to move forward, your 30% retainer reserves the date.

Do the buses drive during our event?

Our buses stay stationary during your rental — they're styled as a beautiful backdrop and photo experience. Only Brooks & Co. personnel operate the buses.

Can guests go on the roof?

For everyone's safety, there's no roof access.

Are pets allowed in the buses?

Yes! Pets are welcome inside the buses.

How do the buses get to my event?

The buses are trailered to your event from Alcoa, TN.

Will someone stay with the bus during our rental?

Yes — a Brooks & Co. representative remains nearby during your rental, with no separate staffing fee.

Is setup and breakdown time included?

Yes — 30 minutes of setup and breakdown time is included with every rental.

Is there a minimum rental time?

Yes — our minimum rental is 2 hours.

Is there a damage deposit?

There's no upfront damage deposit. You are responsible for any documented damage beyond normal wear, including damage by your guests or pets.

How is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed once your rental agreement is signed and your 30% retainer is paid via Square.

What is the Photographer Content Credit?

Planning a mini session day or styled shoot? Opt in to our Photographer Content Credit — share 5 edited photos with us within 30 days of your session, licensed for use on the Brooks & Co. website and organic social media, and we'll issue you a $25 partial refund once your photos are approved.

Will Bre be at my event?

Sometimes — and sometimes you'll be hosted by my parents instead. Brooks & Co. is a true family business, and my parents occasionally go to a shoot or event without me. Whoever welcomes you, you'll receive the same warm, personal Brooks & Co. care, and we'll let you know what to expect before your day.
